RX-050, RX-070 and RX-090 receivers accept 3/4" collars.
RX-120 receivers accept 1" collars.

Product or Customer Service?

You would think ordering a biothane collar was pretty easy - but I managed to make it difficult! I ordered the wrong size. I only needed 3/4 inch for my mini ecollar, not 1 inch. The staff were so helpful and accommodating to replace it with what I needed. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable and were very nice. Thank you for not only the quality product, but also the stellar customer service!
